No need to be Formula 1 car designers or mechanics, the Kit Carts will encourage full team participation to overcome the various problems. An activity involving communication and where thinking outside the box will often be rewarded. Each player will be on a level playing surface as they will have never seen or experienced anything like the Kit Carts previously.
The carts are laid out as a selection of unassembled pieces. The aim is to re-build the kit carts, with no instructions. Easier said than done, as the components will challenge even the most practical of participants. Often key components are overlooked until the last minute, when it becomes quite obvious that the particular part should have been added at the start of the build process. Motivational coaches are on hand to assist and guide when required.
Once assembled the Kit Carts are race ready. With our bespoke and challenging course, the second part of the challenge begins. Team members will attempt to complete the course or courses in the fastest possible times.
