From the first enquiry, Jason was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions. We felt confident going into the booking date that everything was sorted. Joe on the day was a real helping hand, he provided different options for the games we could play using the tokens and manned the machine, explaining the rules to customers the whole time. The two gentlemen running the activity were very professional and made the whole experience run smoothly, with great running commentary and a good sense of humour throughout. The rodeo reindeer arrived on time and was set up quickly while lots of people were already gathering for our event. Massive thank you to Novel Events for their help with the pedal-to-power bike challenge at an activation zone during a charity event. Joe who attended to man the station was so friendly and well received by customers. Jason who I dealt with to get costs, book the bike, and arrange transport etc was brilliant. Everyone absolutely loved it and had such a fun (and competitive) time.
