Players spin the wheel. Where the hand lands will dictate where they have to position either their hand or feet. Keeping in contact with the spot that they are already on, the players have to stretch, bend and reach for their next coloured spot. Can they reach it with their left foot? Will it have to be their right hand? They will have to contort their bodies and ‘Twist’ to teach the next spot.
If they can’t reach it, or more often than not when they overbalance and fall over, then they are out. Sound simple but the more players that are involved, the less spots there are to go for.
Great fun as players have to lean over or crawl under their opponents to reach the spots. The winner of the game will be the last player standing.
