Our twin bike set up is capable of producing 250 watts to power a wide range of small electrical appliances, including laptops and monitors. Nothing will reinforce your message more than having your colleagues powering the presentation themselves. The control box is fitted with 2 x 13-amp power inlets and 6 USB ports allowing plenty of devices to be powered or charged by pedal power. A new and novel approach that is always a huge hit for sustainability themed events.
Let your guests produce a delicious smoothie drink using pedal power. Our bespoke bikes do not require electricity – the blender is powered by the pedalling of the players. Guests can choose from a selection of FRESH seasonal fruit, including strawberries, pineapple, banana and raspberries. Once popped in the blender and after a short period of pedalling they have made themselves a tasty reward for their efforts. Supplied with an operator, preparation station and serving station, all you need to do is supply the activity area and leave the rest to us. The ultimate demonstration of sustainable electricity. Players have to pedal to light up the 10 LED bulbs. Once all are illuminated the fun starts and the digital timer begins. Players then have to attempt to keep all bulbs illuminated for as long as possible. Once one light bulb drops out, the timer stops. Supplied with a Top Gear style leader board to record the scores. The Light Bulb Challenge activity really does highlight how much effort is required to keep the bulbs lit. A perfect tool and exercise to educate the importance of turning lights off in unoccupied rooms.
Let your guests and colleagues charge their mobile phones and laptops using pedal power alone. 2 bikes are supplied and players can connect their devices to the charging cables supplied. A digital display shows the power being pulled by the appliances and the power being created by the peddlers. Once the power being produced drops below the level that is required, the digital display will show ‘PEDAL’ encouraging the players to increase their effort. Another perfect activity for highlighting the importance of sustainable energy.
The ultimate head to head challenge. Players get set on their bikes. Once the display counts down 3-2-1 it is time to start pedalling. The aim is to illuminate your own huge LED tower before your opponent, using pedal power alone. The first one to the top is the winner. With digital timers to show the score and a leader board, this is one of our most competitive eco-friendly activities. The display can also be switched to show the wattage power being produced by the players.
